These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.madsunday.com and to purchases made from Mad Sunday Merchandise in person.
By placing an order with us, buying from us in person, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our products
We sell merchandise, clothing, accessories, and related products online and in person.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, prices, and availability accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders
When you place an order online, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- There has been a pricing error
- There has been a product description error
- Payment is not authorised
- We suspect fraud or misuse
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided
- The order is outside our delivery area
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on our website in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
For online purchases, payment will be processed through our chosen payment provider.
For in-person purchases, we may accept card, contactless, cash, or other payment methods made available at the point of sale.
5. Delivery
We currently only deliver to addresses in the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.
Isle of Man delivery is free unless otherwise stated.
UK delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
We aim to dispatch online orders within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we specifically state otherwise.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
We do not currently offer international delivery outside the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.
6. Collection and event purchases
We may sell products in person at events, pop-ups, temporary retail locations, beer tents, race-related events, markets, or other physical sales locations.
Where collection or event pickup is offered, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time and location.
If you fail to collect your order, please contact us. We may, at our discretion, arrange an alternative collection or delivery option, but we are not required to do so unless required by law.
7. Customs, duties, and charges
We currently only sell and deliver to customers in the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.
If any customs, duties, taxes, handling fees, or delivery-related charges apply to a delivery, these will be the responsibility of the customer unless we state otherwise.
8. In-person sales
For purchases made in person, please check your item carefully before completing your purchase.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have other legal rights, all in-person sales are final.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for in-person purchases.
9. Online cancellation and returns
For online purchases, your statutory cancellation and consumer rights may apply.
We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges beyond your statutory rights.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
10. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at houseofcheliot@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, where relevant
We may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
11. Sizing
Please check product sizing carefully before ordering.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer unless the item has been incorrectly labelled or does not match the product description.
12. Product care
You are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
13. Availability
Some products may be limited edition, limited stock, event-only, or drop-based.
We do not guarantee that any product will be restocked once sold out.
