Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Mad Sunday Merchandise, a trading name of House of Cheliot Limited, through www.madsunday.com and in person.


We currently sell and deliver to customers in the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom only.


1. In-person purchases


For in-person purchases, all sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have other legal rights.


We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on in-person purchases.


Please check your item, size, colour, and design carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Online purchases


For online purchases, statutory cancellation and consumer rights may apply.


We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges beyond your statutory rights.


This means that, unless required by law, we do not accept returns simply because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You no longer want the item
  • You do not like the fit
  • You bought the item by mistake
  • The item was purchased during a limited drop
  • The item was purchased at an event
  • The item is no longer wanted after delivery


However, this does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer protection requirements.


3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items


If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at houseofcheliot@gmail.com as soon as possible.


Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged


We will review the issue and let you know the next steps.


Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy.


4. Return condition


Where a return is accepted, items must be returned in a reasonable condition unless the issue is due to a fault, damage, or error caused by us.


Items should be returned with any original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase where possible.


5. Return postage


Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are legally required to cover return costs, you may be responsible for return postage.


We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


6. Refunds


Where a refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method where possible.


Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


7. Exchanges


We do not guarantee exchanges, especially for limited-stock items, event merchandise, or products sold during limited drops.


If an exchange is agreed, it will depend on stock availability.


8. Proof of purchase


We may require proof of purchase before processing any refund, replacement, or exchange.


Proof of purchase may include an order confirmation, receipt, payment confirmation, or other acceptable evidence.


9. Delivery charges


Isle of Man delivery is free unless otherwise stated.


UK delivery charges are shown at checkout.


Where a refund is approved, delivery charges will only be refunded where required by law or where the refund is due to our error, such as a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described item.
